Each tote bag is made entirely from scrap fabric I receive from various local dressmakers and mills and is completely unique.
This is a once-off mini version of the classic Mai tote – smaller and more compact, and extra cozy as it has a layer of cotton batting to make it feel like a tiny quilt! The tote features an inside pocket that’s big enough to hold your phone and other small trinkets as well as padded straps (quilted with 4 layers of cotton canvas) to make it comfier to carry.
This one is made from a mix of fabric scraps in greens, with a few splashes of browns and a tiny pop of red and yellow. The lining is a sweet lilac gingham.
