Patchwork cushion made from my most colourful fabric remnants. All the fabric is second hand, leftover from garment production in Cape Town; including the lining fabric. The other side features a handwoven design made with with second-hand cream cotton as well as a vintage bouclé mohair, interspersed with irregular orange cotton stripes. This fabric was handwoven on Norma, my floor loom.
Inner : Goose feather and down, 45 x 45 cm (included)
Patchwork back from second hand fabric (a mix of cotton and linen), patchwork front from handwoven fabric (cotton warp and wool weft)
